Please note that the hotel deadlines have now passed, and the room blocks have been released, so that we can no longer guarantee the conference rate or continued availability. If you have not done so, we encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible, since August is a busy tourist season in Montreal. Room sharing
Some of you may wish to share hotel rooms to reduce accommodation costs. To facilitate this, we are maintaining a list of people who are looking for someone with whom to share a room.

We have reserved blocks of rooms in several hotels close to campus in downtown Montreal. Each of these hotels is 5 to 10 minutes walk from campus. Please make sure to quote the reservation code listed below when making your reservation. The deadline for reservations is given in each case.
