Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published by the American Institute of Physics. You can always use our outline writing service at https://exclusive-paper.net/do-my-outline-for-me to further improve quality of your already finished projects.

Submission Deadline

The submission deadline is October 1st, 2007. We must receive your manuscript by this date, or we cannot guarantee that it will be included in the proceedings volume.

Manuscript Preparation

We will be using the AIP 8.5 x 11 inch double-column format. Please download this tar file, which includes all the necessary latex style files and a latex template.

The page limits are:

Invited and review talks 9 pages
Contributed talks 5 pages
Posters 3 pages
Discussion leaders 2 pages

Please note that color figures are not supported and will be printed in black-and-white. Please check your figure legends carefully if you have color figures.

Submission Instructions

Please submit your paper (pdf file), original paper.tex file, and figures that are included in your paper to the ftp site: hepftp.physics.mcgill.ca.

To submit the files, you need to make one tar file by doing, for example in linux/unix, "tar -cvf LastName_FirstName_N.tar your_files", where "N" is a number for each of the papers you submit. For example, if you only submit one paper, this "N" should be "1". If you submit four papers, you should have four tar files with "N" being from "1" to "4".

Log in the ftp site as an anonymous user, cd the directory pub, and upload your tar file.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the file after the submission deadline of October 1st.

Transfer of Copyright Agreement

We are required to collect a Transfer of Copyright Agreement for each proceedings article. If you did not return this form to us at the conference, please complete this form now and return it by fax to +1 514 398 8434, marked for the attention of Elizabeth Shearon. Please note that we must receive the Transfer of Copyright Agreement from you before we can include your contribution in the proceedings.
